RuiHua Optics LLC specializes in microelectronic packaging and optical interconnecting technologies. We apply our research expertise and cutting-edge technologies in the research, development, production, sales, and technical services of microelectronic packaging technology, optical interconnecting technology, and related software products.
Building upon the research results of “863” National Science and Technology Program, which were completed by the Institute of Microelectronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, RuiHua has developed a series of products, among which the QSFP optical cable and HDMI optical-electrical cable are considered leaders in China, and the GPON, CXP optical interconnecting products are also first class. Our products have a wide range of applications, including supercomputers, communication equipments, defense, broadcasting, and many other short-distance high-speed communications.
